Single Circuit Design with/without gears:
The internal gear design optimizes the selection of the induction motor and
Fluid Drive circuit diameter irrespective to motor input speed and desired
output speed.
The design without internal gears establishes the maximum full load output
speed of driven equipment at approximately 2.5% below the induction motor
speed.
High efficiency two circuit design:
Each of the circuits are sized to optimize the speed efficiency range of the
application. One of the circuits operates in the lower speed range until
the optimum crossover speed is reached and the second circuit is energized
for the higher speed range.
